                                               美味可口的自製蔥油餅.....一點防腐劑也沒有加哦~~洋蔥頭


                                                                   健康加分又好吃的蔥油餅


                                   洋蔥頭哈~~不是我做的...我只有做最後槓平及放入油鍋的動作而己


                                                              這是朋友親手做的...蔥超多..洋蔥頭.


                                                                 但做法我有問清楚了哦~~


                                                                               材料:


                                  中筋麵粉.青蔥多多(現在粉便宜).豬油少許.塩少許.沙拉油少許.發粉少許


                                                                               做法:


                           1.先把麵粉及少許發粉放入容器中...然後倒入冷水(不可以用溫水.熱水)..攪拌(用手啦)...


                           2.把攪拌好的麵團放在容器中用濕布或保鮮膜蓋起來讓它發半個小時


                                           (現在是冬天...可以放入電鍋中讓它悶著發..溫度剛好)


                           3.把發好的麵團分成一小份一小份(大約小朋友的手握起來大小)...


                           4.把小份麵團放入多量的蔥(也可以加入肉末).少許豬油及少許沙拉油捲成小圓圈


                                      (有放豬油及沙拉油煎起來皮會比較脆哦..當然也可以選擇不要加)


                            5.用保鮮膜包起來放入冷凍...要吃几份再拿几份出來退冰


                            6.要吃時.把麵團拿出來放在保鮮處半個小時就會變軟...拿出來摃平它


                            7.再放入油鍋...煎到表面金黃色即可食用

                                      洋蔥頭還是有狐臭在裡頭...怎會有阿姨的味道呢??


                                                  真的超好吃的....這個星期六就要來試試看囉~~洋蔥頭
